What are cookies?

Required for the Website to operate (e.g. security, cookie consent storage, bot protection on the contact form). These do not require consent.

Analytics (and ad measurement in South Africa)

Help us understand how visitors use the site (e.g. Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager). For new visitors detected in South Africa, this category is enabled by default on our legitimate-interest basis and can be rejected immediately or at any time. In South Africa it also includes ad measurement: Google Ads cookies that record whether a visit came from one of our Google adverts, so we can see which adverts lead to enquiries. It does not include ad personalisation or remarketing. In the EU, EEA, UK, and any location we have not specifically reviewed, analytics remains off until you opt in.

Marketing

Used for ad personalisation and remarketing tags loaded via Google Tag Manager (and, outside South Africa, for ad measurement). Marketing remains off in every location unless you opt in.

Examples of cookies

cc_cookie: stores your cookie consent choices (necessary).
Cloudflare Turnstile: may set cookies or use browser storage on pages with an enquiry form to distinguish humans from bots (necessary for form security).
_ga, _gid: Google Analytics identifiers (analytics, when permitted by the location-aware setting or your choice).
_gcl_*: Google Ads measurement cookies that record an advert click (analytics and ad measurement in South Africa; marketing elsewhere).
cb_ad_click (browser session storage): if you arrived from one of our Google adverts, keeps Google’s click reference for the current tab only, so it can be included with an enquiry you choose to send. It is deleted when you close the tab and is never shared unless you submit the contact form.
Tags loaded via Google Tag Manager depend on the applicable default and your saved choices.

Managing preferences

When you first visit, you can Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage preferences. If location detection is unavailable, the site uses the more protective opt-in default. You can change your choices at any time via in the footer.
