Where a CMS is the right fit, I set the site up so you can change ordinary content yourself, from any device, with a practical handover. When a change does need a developer, the site is structured so that change is straightforward rather than risky.
Hosting, domain renewals, email and paid tools have their own ongoing costs. The right hosting arrangement depends on the site and its needs, so I explain those costs and any support or security responsibilities as part of the agreed scope. Branding, copy, email work, ecommerce and custom features are available as separately scoped additions when they are useful.
