What kind of businesses do you work with?

Mostly small and growing South African businesses with operational friction: manual admin eating time, tools that do not talk to each other, or processes that only live in one person’s head. If you know things could work better but are not sure what to build or buy, that is exactly the situation I help with.

Do I need to know what technology I need before contacting you?

No. Most people come to me knowing something is inefficient but not what the fix is. Part of the job is translating a messy business problem into a clear, practical solution, so you do not need to arrive with the answer.

Do you build everything from scratch?

Rarely. The best result usually comes from making better use of tools you already have, connecting the systems you already pay for, or adding a small focused custom piece where it is genuinely needed. Building from scratch is a last resort, not a default.

Will you push me toward AI or the latest trend?

No. AI is a capability, not the point. I look at your actual work and recommend automation or AI only where it saves real time with a clear payback, and I will tell you plainly when it is not worth it.

How do engagements usually work?

I start by understanding how the work really happens, find the friction, and design a practical fix. Work is delivered in focused stages so you see value early, rather than a single risky launch. I stay involved through rollout and the first round of fixes.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is scoped individually, but the aim is always a practical improvement with a payback you can see. Smaller, focused pieces of work are deliberately kept affordable; larger builds are scoped in stages so cost stays predictable. Where are you based, and do you work remotely?

I work with businesses across South Africa and am comfortable working remotely, with in-person sessions where they add value.
