No monthly hosting fee for most sites
Many websites come with a hosting bill every month, whether anyone visits or not. Over a few years, that bill can add up to more than the website itself.
Sites in this offer are built to be lightweight and hosted on Cloudflare's free tier. Cloudflare's global network serves your pages quickly from close to your visitors, and for most sites in this offer there’s nothing to pay each month. After launch, your main running cost is usually just your domain renewal.
What keeps it free
A website within the offer scope, with the kind of traffic a business, portfolio or project site normally receives. No server to rent, no hosting plan to renew.
When a fee may apply
Online shops, member areas, custom features or unusually heavy traffic can need a paid plan. If that applies to your site, you’ll know before work starts.
What you still pay for
Your domain renewal, plus email or any paid tools you choose. These are separate from the build fee and stay in your name.
Clear scope and running costs
Before you commit, we make the practical parts visible: what is included, what you’ll need to provide, what remains yours, and which costs or support arrangements sit outside the build.
The offer has a clear boundary
The once-off fee covers the agreed website scope shown here. Requirements beyond it are discussed and priced separately before work starts.
You keep control
Your domain, email service and other accounts stay yours. Existing email can usually continue independently of the website, subject to the agreed technical setup.
Running costs stay low
Most sites in this offer have no monthly hosting fee. Domain registration and renewal aren’t included in the build fee, and email and any paid tools have their own costs.
Support is agreed separately
Some sites need occasional updates or ongoing care. Any support, hosting management or security work is discussed and scoped for the site in question.

Branding, email work and ecommerce are outside the R2,500 offer. They can be scoped and priced separately when relevant.
Branding and content
If the identity, copy or images need work too, we can scope that as additional support.
Email setup and migration
New email accounts, email migration and changes beyond the included website domain setup are quoted separately.
Ecommerce and custom features
Selling online, member areas and web applications need their own scope and technical decisions.
